Annual Review 2025: A Year of New Beginnings at Schwarze-Robitec
2025 was a year full of changes and opportunities for Schwarze-Robitec. We redefined our direction and, as a team, demonstrated how strongly unity drives us forward. Strategic decisions, international trade fair appearances, and moments that showcased team spirit shaped this year.
A New Chapter Begins
With the acquisition by Daum Business-Development GmbH & Co. KG, Schwarze-Robitec has gained a strong partner. The Daum Group pursues a clear growth strategy and sees significant synergy potential in us. “Thanks to the Daum Group, we now have greater resources for further development, automation, and strong partnerships,” explains Managing Director Bert Zorn.
Jochen Klee, Managing Director of Daum Business-Development GmbH & Co. KG, adds: “The integration expands our portfolio with another special-purpose machine manufacturer. This creates synergies that strengthen our industry expertise. Both companies, Schwarze-Robitec and Köberlein & Seigert, will continue to operate successfully as independent entities, but we aim to realize joint projects in the future where we combine our know-how.”
The New Management
There have also been changes at the top. Bert Zorn has already guided the company through challenging times. In September, Johannes Heun joined as an additional Managing Director. Previously, he served as Head of Technology and Maintenance at Schoeller Werk. Together, they focus on clear structures, transparency, and a culture that fosters innovation.
Johannes Heun shares his impressions: “I have seen how much potential this team has. The openness to new approaches and the willingness to embrace change have truly impressed me.”

Innovation as a Driving Force
Alongside organizational adjustments, we have taken new technological paths. A visionary concept for a busbar bending line was developed to address the growing demand in e-mobility.
“E-mobility is changing our customers’ requirements. With the busbar bending cell, we are sending a clear signal for innovation and future viability,” explains Marius Horsch, Sales Manager. At the same time, we are working on reducing machine costs through design measures without compromising quality.
Schwarze-Robitec Visible Worldwide
2025 was also a year of encounters. At the WorkBoat Show in New Orleans, FABTECH in Chicago, and ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi, we presented our solutions and held in-depth discussions. Topics such as large-diameter bending, automation concepts, and cost savings through tube bending were in focus.
Jochen Klee emphasizes the importance of this presence: “We have repositioned ourselves and are actively engaging in the market. Trade fairs are melting pots where you meet customers and suppliers and strengthen networks.”

Moments that connect
Looking Ahead
2026 is set to be a year of growth – with clear priorities in international sales, technological advancements, and an organization that noticeably eases the burden for customers. “We want to put Schwarze-Robitec on a profitable expansion course while preserving our values,” says Johannes Heun.
Bert Zorn also looks to the future with optimism: “In the coming years, we want to lead with innovation and develop solutions that increase our customers’ productivity. With fresh momentum and new ideas, we aim to achieve more.”
We will be on company holidays starting December 19, 2025. From January 5, 2026, we will be back for you. We wish you happy holidays and a great start to the new year!
