Fabtech 2026: Schwarze-Robitec Focuses on Tailor-Made Tube Bending Solutions
From October 21 to 23, 2026, Schwarze-Robitec will showcase its solutions at FABTECH in Las Vegas at booth N9111. The focus will be on how modern tube bending technology can be optimally adapted to a wide range of manufacturing requirements. Visitors will gain insights into customized machine concepts and system solutions designed for demanding production environments. Together with Köberlein Technologies, Schwarze-Robitec will also demonstrate how intelligent feeding technology and tube processing can be seamlessly integrated from a single source.
The North American market places high demands on manufacturing processes. Especially when processing complex tube geometries, varying wall thicknesses, or high-strength materials, precision, process reliability, and machine availability are critical. To meet these requirements, Schwarze-Robitec develops customized tube bending machines and systems tailored to specific production conditions. These solutions are designed for continuous operation under heavy-duty conditions and offer flexible automation options for precise and cost-effective serial production.
“Customers in the United States place particular value on speed and tailor-made solutions. Customization is a clear competitive advantage in this market,” explains Bert Zorn, Managing Director of Schwarze-Robitec.
Feeding Technology as a Valuable Addition
In addition to tube bending solutions, Köberlein Technologies will present a sample component feeding machine at the shared exhibition booth. The machine on display is a step feeder, an in-house development that builds on the company’s long-standing expertise in feeding technology.
Unlike the bowl feeders and spiral feeders commonly used in North America, this concept guides and transports components in a linear and controlled manner. As a result, parts are fed particularly gently. At the same time, the system operates with lower vibration levels and reduced noise emissions. Additional conveyor tracks can be integrated to flexibly accommodate increasing production requirements.
“Especially for high production volumes or large components, Köberlein machines offer greater flexibility than conventional systems available on the market. We want to use FABTECH as an opportunity to introduce this technological alternative to a broad audience,” says Jochen Klee, Managing Director of both Köberlein Technologies and Schwarze-Robitec.
