Control systems save time and simplify work
Our aim is to save you valuable time so this is our focus in developing our machine control systems. All new bending machines for series and large-scale production are equipped with a control software to minimise non-productive times by synchronising the steps of the bending process. The integrated diagnosis and maintenance tool guides the operator comfortably through all setting and optimisation steps. A touch screen makes the control system easy to use, even for new machine operators. Using this control system in new tube bending machines can therefore yield a productivity increase of up to 25 percent.
CNC for automatic operation
For fully automated tube system production, our CNC multi-axis control unit ensures economical processes and maximum quality.
Your employees use the touch screen to input the information for your individual bending program. The bending machine then calculates the bending process and performs it automatically. Reduced effort for maximum effect
A further advantage is that our CNC units have a separate control panel with buttons, key switches and control lamps for operating the machine without a CNC programming interface. This enables you to easily separate system operation from machine set-up.
