The SR DB semi-automatic, electro-hydraulic booster bending machines are true experts for the manufacture of boiler tubes. They efficiently and precisely produce small to medium-sized series and single bends with small bending radii if required.
Tube bending machines for series production
The CNC DB range was specially developed for the series production of boiler tubes and tube serpentines. The cold bending process, which is gentle on the material, also ensures that the microstructure of the high-strength and alternating-strength materials remains virtually unchanged.
Tube bending machines with two bending heads
Equipped with two parallel bending heads and a standard accessory set, the CNC DB Twin machines facilitate the time-optimised production of complex tube serpentines. The two bending heads bend optionally in the same or opposing directions.

FL machines process full membrane tube walls up to a maximum width of 3,600 mm in a single operation. In addition, they offer the option of bending the membrane walls diagonally in order to minimise adjustment and fitting costs when assembling a boiler.
