The CNC DB Twin range was specially developed to meet the increasingly complex needs of modern boiler and power plant construction. The two independent bending heads bend optionally in the same or opposing directions. The advantage of two parallel bending heads is to be able to bend different bending radii within one system. The use of two counter-rotating bending heads, on the other hand, enables the time-optimized production of complex tube serpentines.

Small bending radii cut costs

In boiler and power plant construction, there is great savings potential in the production of pipelines especially. High-performance tube bending machines are capable of bending complex pipelines quickly and precisely, thus greatly reducing assembly time and costs. Small bending radii can reinforce the cost effects. Decreasing the radii reduces the footprint and the material required to produce a piping system.
