Are all dimensions correct? An integrated measuring system enables you to easily check the accuracy of your bent components and ensure that all dimensions are correct. Our non-contact devices work with laser sensors or digital cameras and are accurate to ± 0.1 millimetres. If any deviations are identified, you can automatically optimise the bending program with no additional effort.

Our measuring systems can be easily combined with our tube bending machines or integrated into production processes via existing networks. Our 3D software for tube bending simulation enables you to check whether a tube can be bent without collision. In this way, production can be optimised during the planning phase, eliminating the need for costly test runs or pilot production.

 

The SpringMatic measuring system determines and corrects springback

This system allows bending, measuring and rebending in a single step. You have the option of integrating the SpringMatic system into your production process in order to determine the springback of the tube after the first bend and rebend it immediately. This not only ensures maximum precision; the lean processes and top quality also yield economic benefits.
