[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At this year’s Battery Show Europe Expo in Stuttgart, Germany, Schwarze-Robitec will once again be the tube bending partner for e-mobility. The machine manufacturer will be exhibiting its CNC E 25 Orbital tube bending machine, designed for bending busbars, at stand 6-D60. Around 19,000 visitors are expected to attend this year’s renowned trade fair for battery, electric and hybrid vehicle technology in Stuttgart from 18 to 20 June.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The proportion of electric vehicles newly registered in Germany in 2023 rose to around 18% last year. The transition to electromobility is confronting car manufacturers with new challenges, which also have an impact on the entire supply chain. In addition to production speed and machine availability, precision is required when processing lightweight materials in e-car production. Tube bending for electromobility therefore focuses on particularly thin-walled tubes that need to be bent into increasingly complex and asymmetric shapes. The machine manufacturer Schwarze-Robitec meets these requirements precisely with its machines and positions itself as an expert in the tube bending process for electromobility.<\/p>\n

An automation partner for e-mobility: Schwarze-Robitec
\n<\/strong>In recent years, Schwarze-Robitec has seen a significant increase in requests for customized tube bending machines for the automotive industry. The requirements are high: in addition to individual configurability, a high degree of machine automation is required in order to be able to process large quantities. Schwarze-Robitec responds with perfectly tailored bending technology. In addition to classic round tubes, the powerful machines in the High-Performance series can also bend complex and asymmetrical shapes with a wide range of cross-sections. At the same time, they are designed for the high cycle rates of automotive production.<\/p>\n

At this year’s Battery Show Europe, Schwarze-Robitec will be exhibiting the CNC E25 Orbital at stand 6-D60. The compact tube bending machine is tailored to the requirements of the e-automotive industry and bends individual busbars and complete systems into complex geometries. Bending is possible over both the flat and high sides of the busbars – at maximum speed and with the highest accuracy.<\/p>\n
