CNC DB -Bending of boiler tubes and tube serpentines without mandrel
The DB CNC tube bending machines combine the advantages of our CNC tube bending machines with the possibilities of mandrelless bending and a streamlined series and / or single production.
With mandrelless tube bending machines from Schwarze-Robitec least wall thinning can be reached. Especially for thick-walled tubes and small bending radii smaller than the tube diameter, our machines can show their quality.
Based on these specifications our CNC DB tube bending machines are suiteable for high pressure tubes as are used for example in power plant for the production of boiler tubes and tube serpentines.
