Measuring task:

The tube measuring system TubeInspect and TubeInspect S are suitable for the high-precision measurement of bent tubes used in the determination of set-up and correction data for our CNC tube bending machines and part control for quality assurance in production.

It allows for the non-contact measurement of bent tubes of all shapes and colors such as brake lines, moulded tubes, flexible rubber tubes, and free formed and exhaust pipes.

TubeInspect HD

The new developed TubeInspect HD  is especially adjust to the requirements of the  production of bend tubes and wire components with 500 mm length. It is based on the approved TubeInspect software which is already in the AICON optical tube measuring system and TubeInspect or rather TubeInspect S.
