In the shipyard industry we deliver tubes and profiles of the lot size 1, but also larger lots.
Therefore is in addition to a rapid tool setup and integration into existing production environments the faultfree production of each batch essential. The optimal use of special materials such as CuNiFe and the execution of high-quality welds is a priority.
Schwarze-Robitec delivers since decades tube bending machines for the shipyard industry. We have fully carried the development of ship-building software with so that we can now offer access to a fully developed programs such as AVEVA Marine (previously Tribon).
In addition, our machines can bent flanged tubes, so that any necessary machine welds can be made on non-bent tubes.
With our experience and extensive references we can produce from simple machines to complete pipe shop or rather a complete workshop equipment.
