In power plants are increasingly used modern materials that meet the increased demands in modern power plants with high efficiency and must be characterized by particular hardness and brittleness.
It must be handled in the tube processing large weights and dimensions. Especially the needed power plant tube walls, membrane tube walls, burner opening tubes and supply lines.
Schwarze-Robitec has for decades been the expert for tube bending machines and systems in power plants. Based on our experience and our know-how, we know about the bending of high strength and heat resistant steels in the same way as with thick-walled high-pressure pipes to 16 "or the cold bending under 1D bending radius.
Manufacturing facilities for complete tube serpentines up to 25 m long and up to 150 m straight tube are a part of our standard program. Mandrelless pressure bending machines for small radii are to be used by our customers for decades.
Schwarze-Robitec meets the applicable standards for these machines.
Our machines are optimized for minimum wall thickness reduction, provide a high degree of automation, can be integrated into existing infrastructures and comply with all relevant international standards.
