This includes the production of high-quality bends for piggable tubes exactly as the bending work for jacket tubes (also air-gap tubes, duplex or triplex tubes). It may also for cost reasons that the request made to bent flanged tubes. In addition, the chemical industry increasingly use special materials that require specific know-how of the machine manufacturer.
Schwarze-Robitec delivers since decades tubes bending machines for the chemical industry. Our machines meet all relevant international norms and standards for the chemical industry.
Our machines allow the integration into the existing production infrastructure. The construction of our machine allow fast change of the lots.
Tube bending machines from Schwarze-Robitec are able to bent complete and very thin-walled tubes which are made of high strength materials such as titanium with radii up to 1D. Here our machines work without damage and with very low lubrication, so you can reach a cleanly production.
